Heuristics Formative Assessment

Conduct a heuristic review of the review writing process for the website iwantgreatcare.org.

Take notes and screenshots, which you can use to create a very simple report to outline your findings.

To conduct the heuristic review, follow these steps

1. Attempt to write, but do not fully submit, a review for Dr Anna Livingstone.

2. When promoted, state you were seen at Gill Street Health Centre.
3. Take screenshots of the completed form.
4. Click submit, but don’t provide any email details, so a review does not officially get made.
